Our recipe for a proper, traditional shortbread requires lashings of butter and a very precise bake to create that perfect, just-so, crumbly texture. We then dust it with crystals of Demerara sugar giving it a little crunch. Presented here in one of our signature biscuit tins, complete with a kilner style lid top.
