Made in small batches here in Yorkshire, this warming chutney combines rich sticky plums and Black Sheep Ale -  a hop known for its dried fruit flavours and hints of pear. This chutney is the perfect accompaniment to Black Bomber Cheddar, or to marinate roasted ham.
